Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.

Shipping Time

We currently ship within the United States only. Once processed, estimated delivery is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Estimated total delivery time: 4–10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, carrier issues, or weather conditions beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Lost or Damaged Orders
